HouseClean Pro - Cancellation Policy
At HouseClean Pro, we understand that schedules can change. Our cancellation policy ensures flexibility for our clients while allowing us to efficiently manage our bookings and staffing.
1. Notice of Cancellation or Rescheduling
– Regular Cleanings: To cancel or reschedule your cleaning service without incurring a fee, we require at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment time.
– Large Projects & Event Cleanup: For larger cleanings such as post-construction,
move-in/move-out, or event cleanup services, we require 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
2. Late Cancellations
– Cancellations within 24 hours: (or 48 hours for large projects and event cleanups) of the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the total service cost.
– Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows: If you cancel on the same day of your scheduled appointment or if our team arrives and cannot gain access to your property, you will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Please make sure to provide your full name, appointment date, and service address when requesting a cancellation or rescheduling.
4. Recurring Services
For clients with weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly recurring services:
– If you cancel a recurring service with less than 24 hours’ notice, the cancellation fee applies.
– Recurring clients who need to pause or skip a service without a charge must provide at least 24
hours’ notice.
5. Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. In the case of a personal emergency, severe weather, or other extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis to determine if fees can be waived.
