Welcome to HouseClean Pro! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using our cleaning services. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms:
 
 
1. Service Agreement
 
By booking a cleaning service with HouseClean Pro, you agree to the scope of services outlined during your booking. The services provided will be in line with the specific cleaning package chosen (e.g., standard cleaning, deep cleaning, event cleanup, etc.). Any additional tasks or requests not covered by the initial booking may incur extra charges, which will be communicated prior to service delivery.
 
2. Pricing & Payment
 
Service Rates: Pricing is determined by the type of service, size of the property, and specific cleaning needs. We reserve the right to adjust the price for additional services or unforeseen circumstances after reviewing the property.
 
Payment: Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, or other payment methods agreed upon during booking. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.
 
Deposits: For large projects or event cleanups, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. This will be communicated beforehand.
 
Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.
 
3. Service Guarantee.
 
HouseClean Pro guarantees your satisfaction with our services. If you are not fully satisfied with the cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours. We will address any issues and, if necessary, offer a re-clean of the areas in question at no additional cost. Requests made after 24 hours will not be eligible for a re-clean.
 
4. Access to Property
 
Clients must ensure HouseClean Pro has access to the property at the scheduled cleaning time. This includes providing keys, security codes, or on-site access via a third party. If the cleaning team is unable to access the property at the agreed time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost will be charged.
 
5. Client Responsibilities
 
Home Preparation: Clients are asked to secure fragile items, valuables, and important documents before the cleaning service. HouseClean Pro is not responsible for damage to items that were not properly stored or secured.
 
Pet Policy: Please inform us if you have pets in your home. We ask that pets are safely secured during the cleaning to ensure their safety and avoid interference with the cleaning process.
 
6. Damages and Liability
 
Damage to Property: While we take every precaution to protect your home and belongings, accidental damage may occur. HouseClean Pro is insured, and in the event of any damage caused by our team, we will promptly address the issue. However, we are not liable for damage to items that were not secured or properly stored.
– **Health and Safety**: Our cleaners are trained to use cleaning products safely. However, if you have specific allergies or sensitivities to certain cleaning agents, you must inform us in advance. HouseClean Pro is not liable for any allergic reactions or sensitivities to cleaning products that were not disclosed.
 
7. Post-Construction and Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning
 
Post-Construction: Due to the nature of post-construction cleaning, additional time or specialized equipment may be needed, which may affect the final pricing. We will provide a detailed estimate based on the scope of the project.
 
Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning: This service involves deep cleaning of the property. However, HouseClean Pro does not guarantee removal of permanent stains, odors, or damages beyond normal wear and tear.
 
8. Event Cleanup
 
Event cleanup services are charged based on the size of the event and venue. The client is responsible for providing access to the venue and informing our team of any specific cleanup requirements.
 
9. Recurring Services
 
Clients who opt for recurring cleaning services (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) will receive a discounted rate. Cancellations or rescheduling of recurring services must be made at least 24 hours in advance, or the cancellation fee will apply. 
 
10. Privacy Policy
 
Your personal information is treated with the utmost confidentiality. HouseClean Pro will not share or distribute your information with third parties unless required for service provision or by law. We use secure payment gateways for all transactions to protect your data.
 
11. Termination of Services
 
HouseClean Pro reserves the right to terminate services at any time if the client breaches any of the terms and conditions or if the working conditions are unsafe. The client may also cancel services at any time, with appropriate notice given, as stated in the cancellation policy.
 
12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
 
HouseClean Pro reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and clients are encouraged to review these terms periodically.
