Fortnightly / bi-weekly cleaning

Fortnightly cleaning is suitable for homes that need professional cleaning every two weeks rather than every week. It offers a regular maintenance routine while allowing customers to manage lighter cleaning between visits.

Monthly regular cleaning

What is included in a standard regular clean?

A regular clean focuses on routine maintenance of the main accessible areas of the home. The exact priorities can be agreed with the customer and worked through within the booked time.

• Kitchens - accessible worktops and surfaces, sink area, external appliance surfaces, hob area, general wiping and floor cleaning.
• Bathrooms and toilets - sinks, baths or showers, toilets, accessible surfaces, mirrors and floors.
• Bedrooms - dusting accessible surfaces, general tidying where agreed, vacuuming and floor cleaning.
• Living rooms and common areas - dusting accessible surfaces, vacuuming, floor cleaning and general maintenance cleaning.

When regular cleaning may not be enough

If the property has significant built-up dirt, heavy grease, prolonged lack of cleaning, extensive limescale, post-building dust or other labour-intensive conditions, we may recommend our Deep Cleaning or After Builders & Post-Renovation Cleaning service instead. This allows the correct time, team and cleaning approach to be allocated.

For particularly severe or specialist conditions involving bodily fluids, human or animal waste, contamination or other potentially hazardous biological material, the appropriate service is generally referred to as biohazard cleaning or specialist bodily-fluid and waste cleaning. This should be assessed separately from standard domestic cleaning because enhanced PPE, contamination-control procedures and specialist disposal requirements may be necessary.
